kcometen4 software package provides OpenGL KDE screensaver with lightning and comets, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kcometen4
kcometen4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kcometen4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kcometen4 *
You will get with kcometen4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
